Risky Behaviors Presentation - An interactive presentation for adolescents (ages thirteen and older) and young adults that discusses why young people may take risks and how those choices can affect their health and safety. Topics include risky sexual behaviors, the impact of drugs and alcohol, online safety and social media use, and the dangers of sexting. Click here to request a presentation.

Healthy Relationships Presentation - An interactive presentation for adolescents (ages 12 and older) and young adults that explores how to build healthy relationships. Topics include understanding attraction and emotions, setting personal boundaries, recognizing different types of dating violence, learning about consent, and finding trusted sources for help and support. Chronic Disease Self-Management Program

Workshops are progressive, so attendance at all sessions is highly encouraged. Participants need to attend 4 of the 6 sessions to receive a certificate of completion.

A Matter of Balance (Fall Prevention)


Workshops are progressive, so attendance at all sessions is highly encouraged.

A Matter of Balance is a four-week group training that emphasizes practical ways to reduce the fear of falling and increase activity levels. Participants learn to view falls and the fear of falling as controllable, set realistic goals to increase activity, change their environment to reduce fall risk factors, and exercise to increase strength and balance.
